To make a purchase from our online shop, simply follow these 6 easy steps:

- Add products to your cart: Click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button next to the desired product.
- Review your cart: Once you’ve added all the products you want, click on the ‘CART’ icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Proceed to checkout: Click on the ‘REVIEW CART’ button, and you’ll be directed to the secure checkout page.
- Choose shipping and payment options: Select your preferred shipping option from the available choices.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Yes, we offer volume discounts for certain products. The system will automatically deduct the discount before you make the payment for qualifying products and quantities.
We offer the following secure payment options:
- InstantEFT payments are securely processed by Ozow, Peach Payments & PayFast.
- EFT payment or cash deposits at an FNB ATM
We do not provide international shipping services. However, you have the option to arrange for collection by UPS, FedEx, Aramex, or any other international courier of your choice.
If you have a freight forwarding agent in South Africa, we can deliver your order to them free of charge when your purchase totals R500 or more. Simply provide us with the address and contact details of your freight forwarder. Our dispatch team will be happy to assist you with information on parcel weights and dimensions for your freight booking.
Please be aware that when your order arrives in your country, you may be required to pay duties. Additionally, certain natural products such as seeds and botanicals may be subject to restrictions. Your chosen freight forwarder or courier will be able to provide you with further guidance on these matters.
If you require our SARS export license number or any related documentation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If your parcel is delivered in poor condition or if any items are broken or damaged, please inform us within 5 days of receiving the delivery. We will promptly assist you with the necessary support.
While it is uncommon for goods to be damaged during transit, given the fragile nature of some items and the high shipping volumes, it can happen. If an item is damaged, we will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you take photographs of the damaged item and/or parcel as soon as you receive them. Please forward these photographs to our customer service team at enquiries@seasoningssa.co.za so that we can assist you effectively
As soon as funds reflect into the account, we start to process your order. Courier normally takes 3-5bworking days or else you have the option of collecting from our ohyiscal shop.
Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you with any special requests, amendments, or corrections to your order. We are also happy to help with combining shipments, as long as your order is still in the processing stage.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, our SSA Order Dispatch Team works diligently to prepare your items and process the necessary shipment details as quickly as possible. If your order has already been transferred to the Transport & Logistics department at the time we receive your request, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to add or remove any items from your order, or combine multiple orders for delivery.

We offer delivery services through PUDO – The Courier Guy. You can have your order delivered to your chosen address within 3-5 working days. This service includes shipping updates and an online parcel tracking facility. Please ensure that your order is fully paid before it is dispatched. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from our physical store.
Our shipping service is available throughout South Africa, and it provides online parcel tracking for your convenience.
